I find peace and solace in nature and love capturing the sights, sounds, and smells around me. As a combat veteran, photography provides me with a creative outlet and calms my mind. The feelings I experience while exploring and photographing the great outdoors evoke a deep sense of tranquility.

I teach immersive workshops for beginner and hobby photographers and love sharing my passion with those who want to learn about the process. I have been taking photos for over 20 years, during which time I have learned various techniques, honed my skills, and mastered the basics to advance in both photography and editing. I have a deep-seated passion for teaching others the same techniques I have learned and adapted behind the lens and in the field. I derive immense joy from seeing a photographer "get it" and maximize their potential.
 
I am based out of Indiana but I am available for hire locally, nationally, and internationally for photography education and workshops. I also offer fine art prints for your home and office—connect with nature by adding a print to your collection.
