Cancellation Policy

Payment of the session is due in full at the time of booking to secure your slot. Payment confirms you agree with the Terms and Conditions as follows. You agree to release James Boyd, James Boyd Photography, and all related entities of all liability and you assume all risks. All participants should be in good general health. Any restrictions should be made known to us on the booking form so we can plan around them if needed. There are no refunds given upon cancellation or due to no show. However, if the cancellation is within 24 hours, you may use the fees paid as a credit toward any regular session, if booked within 3 months of the session date. Cancellation due to weather is at the photographer’s discretion only. Arriving on time for your session is very important. Each session will start at the time it was scheduled. Arriving late will shorten the length of your session. Due to the unpredictable nature of weather, wildlife, and other local conditions, James Boyd Photography reserves the right to make changes to the workshops, itineraries, locations, etc. as needed. Drones are prohibited. We do not allow smoking in the vehicles, within proximity of the instructors, guides, or other participants at any time. We reserve the right to ask you to leave our workshops without any refund for any reason including insulting behaviors and unlawful acts. Participants are not allowed to organize, promote, or host any photo-trips, tours, or workshops for sale to any of the locations they visited with James Boyd Photography within 30 months of visit. *please read the entire session description as specific terms for each session/class will be listed in the description and those terms & policies also apply.
